We can not send to P.O. Box addresses and certain countries.

When entering your shipping address, if your country does not appear in the
pull down selection menu, this means we do not currently ship to your region.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your item(s) you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. You can process a return, exchange or refund here. All items must be returned in the original packaging.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. We aim to process refunds as soon as possible, please be aware once processed it can take 7 working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your card provider.

We offer hassle-free delivery and returns. You can track your order using our tracking portal here.

Orders are processed during office hours Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

We aim to process orders within 72hrs of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
